"Nikki had set me up with a calorie max and a set of macros based on my age, weight and weight loss goal using a high protein and low-fat diet. I did this for 2 weeks before starting on my workouts. She customized my workouts based on workout equipment I had at home.  As I added new equipment every month she would change up my workouts to focus on something else."
